Hey Team,
Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! As we celebrate this season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for your hard work, dedication and commitment to growing both individually and as a team. I'm incredibly thankful to be on this journey with you!
I had my monthly coaching call with Tom Ferry last week, where we reviewed our 2025 team goals and the key priorities to achieve them. Tom is always direct and honest, telling me when my priorities are misaligned with the mission and constantly challenging me to think bigger. This time was no different. After handing me a reality check for not thinking big enough, we dove into the steps agents can take to set and achieve their goals for the new year. Here’s what Tom shared with me without hesitation:
Identify Your Agent Type
Startup: Building your foundation, aiming to stand out and grow.
Stuck: Performing well but need renewed energy and innovation to level up.
Superstar: Successful yet looking to push beyond the current plateau.
My notes: Knowing your type helps you focus on the right activities to maximize your growth and impact. This translates well to our agent levels.
Set Ambitious Goals:
- Don’t just match the market. Add more! Start visualizing your path to 25% growth.
- Think bigger—don’t settle for “just better,” go for goals that make you a little nervous.
My notes: This is where I often fall short. I have a tendency to stay in my comfort zone, but great coaches like Tom push me to break through those limits. Stretch goals lead to transformative growth.
Calendar It!
- Schedule 90-120 minutes of appointment setting 4-5 days a week.
- Saturday morning followups: Crucial for booking new appointments when clients are available.
My notes: The times I’ve had my most productive weeks, months, and years were when I committed to daily prospecting with the clear goal of setting appointments.
Structure for Success:
- Prioritize your personal energy and client focused time. Build rest and refocus time to avoid burnout.
- Map out quarterly and monthly goals for appointments, listings, and profitability.
My Notes: I have found over the years that through discipline we find freedom. Success is built on daily habits and disciplined actions, not sporadic effort.
Create Accountability:
- Enlist family or team members for accountability. Everyone benefits when you succeed!
- Use visual scoreboards for teamwide progress tracking.
My Notes: Jen and I have always made goal setting a family event. Their involvement serves as both a reminder of why I’m working toward ambitious goals and a source of incredible encouragement. Plus, they’re the best cheerleading squad on the planet.
All of you reading this are in a profession where your income and financial capabilities depend 100% on the choices you make daily. Your choices to:
Be consistent
Be disciplined
Do the uncomfortable daily
Not get distracted by things that don’t serve your mission.
We’ve all been on the flip side, where we’ve been inconsistent, undisciplined, full of excuses and not showing up daily with the gifts God has given us. Don’t let 2025 be another one of those years. Get your goals set. Together, we have the tools, the support, and the drive to make 2025 our best year yet. Let’s get to work!

The Last 30 Days
Update: Nora is Changing the Game!
Last month, we introduced Nora, our HouseWhisper AI assistant, with the mission of empowering you to become the most efficient and consistent agents on the planet. Since launch, we’ve seen several agents lean in and embrace this incredible tool—and the results have been inspiring!
Many of you are using Nora as an end-of-day wrap-up, allowing her to streamline your workflows by updating your CRM with notes, statuses, tags, and setting reminders. Congratulations to those who have integrated Nora into your daily routines—your commitment to leveraging this technology is setting the standard for what’s possible.
Hear It in Action:
We’ve recorded a session with our own Tony Tramontozzi, who uses Nora to update a contact post meeting. In the call, you’ll hear how Tony has Nora seamlessly update his CRM with notes, statuses, and tasks. She even sets reminders to keep his follow-ups on track.
This is a great example of how Nora isn’t just a tool—it’s a partner in your success. Imagine the time and mental energy you’ll save when all the small yet critical tasks are handled, giving you more focus on your clients and growing your business.
Let’s Keep the Momentum Going!
If you haven’t started using Nora yet, now is the time to dive in. Whether you’re setting up reminders, organizing your database, or conducting your end-of-day wrap-up, Nora is here to make your business more seamless and productive.
The future of real estate is here—let’s embrace it together!
Must Watch
Does anyone else have this gal in their feed? I’m not necessarily encouraging you to duplicate, just saying to find your niche and stand out.
Must Read
Recent data indicates that, following the NAR settlement, buyer agent commissions have remained stable, aligning with our earlier projections. This stability underscores the continued value clients place on the services provided by buyer agents.
Case Study
I remember seeing Liquid Death for the first time at a concert and thought it was brilliant. People didn’t know they wanted the product until it was put in front of them. What do our clients really want and how do we deliver it!
Don’t let fear take the wheel and steer! Create something bigger, something better for your future.
This is a great mantra as we head into the last month of the year. I encourage you to take the first step, whether it’s setting goals, utilizing tools like Nora, or committing to disciplined action. Success is built over time through consistent, daily efforts, not by waiting for the “perfect” moment.
