Good Evening Team, As we stand at the threshold of 2024, I want to share a personal story that has shaped my approach to life and business, and invite you to reflect on your own paths.
Since my high school days, I've had a desire to change the trajectory of my family's history – to break free from the cycle of limiting beliefs and become the one who thinks bigger, takes bold risks, and seizes opportunities with courage. My family, while always hardworking, wasn't known for trailblazing or entrepreneurial spirit. My mother worked at a salt plant in rural Oklahoma for the better part of 10 years. She left for work at 4:30am every morning, spending most days stacking 50lb livestock salt licks by hand. She would get home after 5pm, in bed by 8:30pm. Rinse and repeat! At the end of her decade-long plight she had managed to secure a wage of $13.50/hr. My stepfather worked as a ranch hand and mechanic working similar hours and for similar pay as my mother. This is etched in my memory. My mother instilled in me the value of hard work, but also sparked a realization: I didn't want to follow a predetermined path; I wanted to carve my own.
This drive eventually led me to real estate. Once I realized the growth potential, I was all in, burning the boats behind me. It was more than a career choice; it was a commitment to build something better for my future family and myself.
Now, I ask you – what was your turning point? What made you choose real estate, and are you truly obsessed with becoming the best version of yourself? Are you determined to be the one that changes your family history?
As we embark on this year, I challenge you: Are you ready to go ALL IN in 2024, to not let fear dictate your actions, and to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit that drives you?
Together, we have the potential to achieve extraordinary things. Let's go ALL IN and make 2024 a landmark year in our careers and lives.
Looking forward to building something big with all of you!
This was my home from 14-18yrs old. 2bd, 1bath for me, my mom and stepdad. Would any of you want to take this as a listing? Lol!
The Last 30 days:
Don’t Fire Me Report
I've been mulling over our listings and our ambitious goal of hitting 550 closed this coming year. Remember how we discussed in our December meeting about bumping up our listing success ratio? Well, we've got some cool strategies lined up to make that happen.
Right now, about 29% of homes listed with us end up getting canceled – not ideal. So, for 2024, we're aiming to slash that down to 19%. How, you ask? It's all about keeping our sellers in the loop with everything we're doing to get their homes sold.
We're giving our weekly listing report a major makeover. We've figured out what sellers are really keen on knowing, and guess what tops the list? Web traffic on their homes. Plus, we're going to amp up transparency on how we're rocking their social media marketing. Internally we’re calling this the “Don't Fire Me Report”.
So, here's the game plan: As we roll out these snazzy new reports, let's make it a habit to shoot a quick loom video every week to our sellers. Give them the lowdown on the key insights from the report. It's a small touch, but it could make a big difference. These reports should be launching at the end of January. We’ll keep you updated on the progress.
ISA Support
This year, we've been busy trying out different off-shore ISA (Inside Sales Associates) options. Our goal? To give you guys more support with mid-funnel conversion. We've listened to a ton of calls from folks all over the place – the Philippines, Rocky Point, Nicaragua, Honduras, you name it.
Good news: we've hit the jackpot with a fantastic group in Honduras. They're pros at FUB and Ylopo, and their English and Spanish are on point. Plus, they're already setting up appointments for us, which is awesome. Right now, we've got two of these rockstar ISAs on board, helping out with database management.
I'll keep you in the loop as we figure out more about their strategies and focus. Stay tuned!

The next 30 days:
So far, just over half of you have shared your 2024 goals with your team leaders. Remember, setting goals isn't something you can do on a whim. It's like tackling a complex math problem – you wouldn't try to solve it without jotting down a few notes, right? So why try to keep all your daily, monthly, and yearly plans just in your head?
Write it down. Get those goals out of your brain and into a digital tracker. Make a commitment to them. Believe me when I say, Discipline = Freedom! If you're really serious about snagging all those things you want in life, you need to approach each day with discipline!

Raiya Voice takes things a step further by proactively calling re-engaged clients and will do a live transfer once an appointment is ready to be set. Raiya Voice is a tireless, tech-savvy closer, working 24/7 to secure those appointments.
Here's the best part: Raiya Voice is a quick learner. Her connection rate is already at 30%, and that number is climbing fast.
We're taking a strategic approach. Raiya Voice will first debut in our Fake Trash ponds, where we can fine-tune her skills and refine her approach before unleashing her magic on the rest of our company ponds.
Excited to see Raiya Voice work her magic? Here are some examples:
Must Listen Podcast:
We’ve talked a lot about self sabotaging behavior this year. Ed Mylett, offers up some great advice on how to overcome these in this 30min podcast.
Must Watch Video:
Everyone needs a little Tony Robbins in their life!
It’s not often that a commercial catches my attention…but this one did. And it goes along with our theme of breaking the cycle!
“The “lazy generation.” The “quiet quitters.” These clichés miss the point. Despite what you may have heard about millennials and Gen Z, they’re the ones building new tools to achieve their own goals and update the system.”
“Yeah, do it for your people, do it for your pride
How're you ever gonna know if you never even try?”
