August was an eventful month! We made it through one of the biggest changes to the industry that I have seen in my career. I continue to be impressed with our team members' willingness to share and collaborate on best practices! Keep up the amazing work.
Recently, I was a guest on a podcast, and the host did one of the usual introductions. Words often used to describe our team are mega, massive or "teamerage." He chose to describe our team as a Goliath in the industry. Not sure why but this time the intro threw me off and got me thinking. We don’t feel like a Goliath to me. Being a giant doesn’t always mean you are powerful. Sometimes you can have more of an impact as a shepherd with some stones in your pocket. To me we are not a Goliath; we are a company of Davids.
As shepherds, we each have a responsibility far greater than just closing deals. We guide our clients through one of the most significant transactions of their lives, helping them navigate the stress and complexity with care and expertise. Our role is to protect, to lead, and to ensure that our clients don’t get lost in the process. Each of us brings our unique strengths to the table—whether it's deep market knowledge, negotiation skills, or a relentless focus on client service—and these are the stones in our pocket that we use to make a difference.
But being a David isn’t just about what we do for our clients; it’s about what we do for ourselves and our families. We all have an entrepreneurial drive that pushes us to be better, to innovate, and to overcome obstacles. We’re not relying on the size of our team to win; we’re relying on our grit, our creativity, and our willingness to go above and beyond. This is what sets us apart in the industry and what will continue to drive our success.

Rent an ISA
Is your database looking more like a dead-a-base?! Lol! If it is, we may have what you need. Rolling out in September you can rent a trained ISA to make calls and texts in your database!
We kept it simple. $15 an hour (min 3 hrs). Fill out the form and schedule the time. We have two time slots a day right now with current capacity. ISA will send an End of Day report with the results.
Listing Showcase
Zillow has updated their pricing model for Listing Showcase, which now makes it possible to offer on our luxury listings. Starting in mid-September all listings over $1.2M will have Listing Showcase added.
